FreeRTOS on Sitara AM170x (ARM9)

Hi,

did anyone try running (porting) FreeRTOS on the Sitara AM170x platform? Or does anyone know of such a project? The Sitara platform is not officially supported on the FreeRTOS website but there are ports for other ARM9 based platforms and I am just curious if someone has experience with it. I would really like to avoid using Linux as a small RTOS is all I need.

FreeRTOS isn't on that list, so can I assume it's not supported? I'm not aware of any development effors within TI to support FreeRTOS. Please let me know if that's not the case.
