Two BeagleBone black boards with 1GHZ processors do not make boot sequece after some unsucceseful attemts to format eMMC.

It looks like they do not make PORz sequence. Both ocillators inacvtive. NRESET_INOUT is low. PORZn input high. All power voltages are OK.

I use simple code wich make BBB to act as USB flash drive to monitor eMMC with my PC. Code based on TI usb_dev_msc example in StarterWare.

It begin happens only with new boards. Old revision boards works OK.

BBB was powered from USB. It looks like exception or power fail after some time of extensive write to eMMC.

Try booting from SD card while pushing button S2.

S2 not helps. As I said processor oscillators 25MHz and 32768Hz do not oscillate and NRESET_INOUT is low. Processor is cold. Power supplies 3.3 1.8 1.1 1.1 V are OK. PORZn input high. So it stopped somewere in PORz starts sequence.

If the oscillators do not start the problem is before the PORz start sequence. the processor cannot start without the main oscillator clock.

As I see AM3359 processor on BeagleBone black board can be damaged during massive write procedure to onboard eMMC.
One said that it can happens due to power corruption with 3.3 and 1.8 V power supplies.
eMMC chip is powered there from other power supply 3V3B wich conneted to 5V suply and 50mA at write time is not so much current to make noise on USB 5V supply. May be I am wrong ? All other procedures and reading from eMMC did not make any damage to chip.
It begin happens only on revision C boards.
