From L138 TRM McBSP feature list, it supports:
AC97 compliant devices (the necessary multiphase frame synchronization capability is provided),
Now customer want to connect with Cirrus Logic CS4299, the timing is as below:
It doesn't look like TDM mode also, and the AC-link has only 5 signal, FSR and FSX share same one, and is input to AC-97 codec, so I think below connect should not work with FSX and FSR connected together.
Question: How can McBSP work with AC-97 compliant devices like CS4299 .
