Programming K2L EVM problems

Hi

I have one TCIEVMK2LX EVM and i want to program it based on TI wiki procedure. Software SDK  is Processor SDK Linux for K2L v03.00.00.04 and i use XDS560V2 USB Emulator (external Jtag) . I successfully can format NAND flash. but then i get errors. Following is log of  commands and their responses

:

soc@SOC-PC:~/ti-processor-sdk-linux-k2l-evm-03.00.00.04/bin/program_evm$ $DSS_SCRIPT_DIR/dss.sh program_evm.js evmk2l-le format-nand
