Simultaneously access to peripherals on OMAP138

Hi all,

I have an application that use OMAP 138. Could the DSP and ARM cells get acces to peripheral at the same time?

For example, DSP uses SPI and UART and ARM uses Ethernet.

Yes, you DSP can access the SPI and UART peripherals and parallel ARM can access the Ethernet.
But ARM & DSP can\t access the same peripheral.
