Hi !!

Is there any provision for bare metal ethernet over K2E kit while using the arm a15 core?

i have tried using the CSL_EMAC.h but unfortunately it is specifically for the DSP-C6657.

Please download the latest Processor SDK for K2E device, software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html under ti\pdk_k2e_4_0_x there is PA driver with several EMAC examples running on A15 or C66x, e.g. PA_emacExample_K2EArmBiosExampleProject.

hello Eric !!
My actual problem is over bare metal and almost all codes in PDK are running over sys/bios. So are you suggesting that the the above example can be configured to run over bare metal?

Hannan,

All the EMAC projects use SYSBIOS (our OS), it is easier for interrupt, task scheduling, .... There is no pure bare metal one without any OS.

If you are looking for some header files in CSL: you can search "SOC_K2E" under packages\ti\csl folder, they are under ti/csl/src/ip/<module>/V1 folders.
