Could you please let me know how customer build UBIFS filesystem when 4K page NAND was used?

Is there anything to do in UBIFS filesystem build for 4K page NAND?

Yes, we should mention NAND page size when creating UBIFS filesystem.

mkfs.ubifs -r filesystem/ -o ubifs.img -F -m 2048 -e 126976 -c 936
TO
mkfs.ubifs -r filesystem/ -o ubifs.img -F -m 4096 -e 126976 -c 936

Is there any modification needed in ubi file or ubinize file?
Only this mkfs.ubifs tool option modification needed for 4K page NAND?

Yes, you should mention for ubinize command too.
ubinize -o ubifs.ubi -m 4096 -p 128KiB -s 2048 -O 2048 ubinize.cfg

PS:
Change the Erase block (-p) if your NAND flash has different Erase block(128KiB)
