Does TI has a solution to encode 2x 1080P60 in H.264HP with 1x chip?

Thanks for the answer. Using 4x chips TMS320C6678 to decode 2x1080P60 seems not an optimized solution in term of cost and space. Since the new Sitara family can do 1x1080P60 each chip. Also, I looked at the TMS320DM8168 and it's a DaVinci chip. FAE and distributors didn't recommend us to use this family, because as I said, there is no more development for this family and no more support too (please correct me if I'm wrong about it).

So from what I understand, the best TI solution for now is using the 2x Sitara to do it. I guess that you will have other Sitara soon to replace the TMS320DM8168.

Hi Denis, yes using 2x Sitara is a good solution as we are constantly developing and mantaining SDK (TI-RTOS and Linux) for this family of devices.
