Is there any specific brownout condition/thresholds given for OMAPL138BZWTD4 and TMS320C6748 processors?

No information was provided for brownout conditions in the processor datasheet.

You would need an external supply voltage supervisor for brownout detection. Nothing is integrated.

We are interfacing DDR2 with OMAPL138BZWTD4 and TMS320C6748 processors.
Would you recommend an external supply voltage supervisor for 1.8V brownout detection?

What's generating the 1.8V rail? If anything, you might consider supervision "up stream" from the 1.8V rail. I imagine it's being derived from either a battery or perhaps some other voltage (5V, 12V, etc.). Generally the only reason the 1.8V rail would have an issue is if for example the battery is dying, etc. So you would want to supervise the battery directly in that case.

1.8V is being generated from on-board 5.6V rail. In such case, we may have to supervise 5.6V rail.
