ISIF module overflow (ISIF_OVF) problem

Hello,

on a DM8147 we sometimes get the "ISIF module overflow" bit set when receiving 16 bit/px RAW data @ 120 MHz. In that case, the data is corrupt within one line of an image starting at an address that is 16 byte aligned. The next lines of the image is okay again.

I can cause this problem with DDR Ram @ 333 MHz quite often (1 of 500 frames) and rarely @ 533 MHz (1 of 100,000 frames).

We do not need to process the image data using the ISS, we just need to store it to the DDR.

What exactly causes this problem? And what could I do to solve it?

Thanks,

Sebastian
