Can you suggest here any suitable project for reading analog inputs using internal adc in beaglebone??

I am not familiar with SYSBIOS. For linux example on reading ADC pins, you can refer to this guide:

Getting these linux commands in a C code is just a matter of working with the files provided in /sys/bus/iio/devices/iio\.

my PC is operating in windows 7 version .Is it possible to debug c project to the beaglebone from my system??? IF yes then which IDE is used to make c project??

You could use the Code Composer Studio: www.ti.com/.../ccstudio-sitara
But you'll also need a JTag Emulator to use it.

There is another possibility to debug your BBB on windows, using the proposed community supported Cloud9 IDE on Node.js w/ BoneScript library:

But in order to get this working on your board, you'll have to rely on the BBB community support (beagleboard.org).
