ESD MM model data of DRA7xx

Hi 

For our manufacturer request.

Could you please provide ESD level of DRA74x in MM model?

Because of  only HBM and CDM level on the datasheet.

Note: The complete P/N is "DRA746APGABCRQ1"

    MM model is a legacy practice no longer required by the automotive industry in their AEC-Q100 list of qualification tests.
    As a very briefly (the details are far more complex than this summary) - HBM and MM encourage the same protection designs. For CDM, on the other hand, different set of protection strategies are generally needed. Thus, it is more critical to focus on CDM qualification, instead of duplicating the HBM test information by using the MM.

    MM model has been downgraded by three standards bodies and is no longer recommended for qualification testing. The scopes of the JEDEC and ESDA test method documents have also been changed to reflect this status.

    Do you mean that CDM & HBM test can replace MM test?
    Is there any document describes the argument for DRA7xx?
    What level of HBM & CDM could replace MM model(M0~M5)?

    For protecting the material on our manufacturer, it will be necessary to provide documents supportive to the argument.
