Yes, Processor SDK RTOS AM57x support HDMI output. Please check the processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_RTOS_VPS_DRIVERS, Display Dss application example, where you can select the test such as:

Both 11 and 12 should output to HDMI, if you hook up the HDMI cable either to a TV/Monitor with HDMI support, you should see the test output.
