AM335x 12MHz clock for external codec

customer uses a AM3358 and connected successful the audio codec TLV320AIC3100. The TLVxx needs a 12MHz clock. Is there a possibility to generate the 12MHz from the Sitara?

Hi,

Yes, if the processor main oscillator is 24MHz this is possible. See sections 22.3.5.1 and 22.3.5.2 from the AM335x TRM Rev. O - clock source AUXCLK, which is the main oscillator clock.
