AM572x VIN3A pinmux configuration

Hi,

I saw that the vin3a port is configuate in the am57xx-evm-common.dtsi file,but I don't find the vin3a pins mux configuartion in the kernel.Where is the configuartion's location?

I want to connect a tvp5158 to vin4a port,so I have to add the vin4a pinmux in the kernel.But I add it like that,it doesn't wrok.

What should I do?

Hi Vefone,

In the latest TI SDK, most of the pinmux configurations are done in the u-boot. For example for vin3a pinmux settings see board/ti/am57xx/mux_data.h & arch/arm/dts/

Of course you can add the pinmux settings you need in the linux kernel dts. I order to do this, you have to add the needed pinmux with the &pmx_core node, i.e.:
&dra7_pmx_core {
vin4a_port_pins: vin4a_port_pins {
pinctrl-single,pins = <
PINMUX SETTINGS GO HERE
>;
};
};
