My customer meet one issue with the AM335x ADC part.
In the ADC module, we could use the VREFP as the reference voltage for the ADC sampling. However, in AM335x datasheet, Table 5-16. TSC_ADC Electrical Parameters, we only see the maximum driver current requirement makred as 25mA. But there's only blank in the minimum area.
When my customer is using the VREFP with 2mA driver current, the ADC part has some issue with its sample data. The sampling data is not correct. When they raised the driver current to 5mA, it worked well. So my customer would like to know the minimum driver current of ADC VREFP.
Do we have such data? Many thanks!
