Hi team,

We are using the AM335x in our design. I had two questions:

We can use the XDS100v3 for boundary scan, correct?
Do we have any recommended software to handle boundary scanning?

Hi Akash,

JTAG controller support depends on the software tool you go with. Corelis for example supports XDS100v2, XDS560v2, and their own controllers. They also offer free training on their tools at their office.

To start, all you need is the netlist file from your schematic design and the AM335x BSDL model.
