Invalid file format

I am getting the "Invalid file format" error while trying to load a .bin file to OMAP 3517 Cortex A8. Is there a .bin to .out utility available? Or can a bin file be loaded directly through CCS? I am downloading the file using Target->Load Program option with Signum JTAG.
