    This is really not much to go on, to be honest.  In order for any meaningful assistance, you need to provide more information than the high level comments.  Also, please try to ask the same question just once.

    Case in point, I certainly don't know what interfaces a "wireless camera receiver" has in order to know if the TMS320DM6437 will be able to connect to it.  The information about the TMS320DM6437's interfaces are in the datasheet which is available on the Product Folder.  I would suggest taking a look there and determine if there is a match.
