NOR flash programming tool for am335x custom board

We are using SPI NOR Flash(S25FL256) along with AM3352. We need boot from flash, for that we need NOR Flash programming tool. Please let us know where I will get the NOR Flash programming tool.

we are using psp06.00.00.00 and CCS Version: 5.3.

Both of these are obsolete and no longer supported. With a newer SDK you can use processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Sitara_Uniflash_Quick_Start_Guide
