Q.1.How can we generate the  coefficients of the image and placed in a matrix or how different pixels/blocks values are calculated and placed in the matrix of the original image?

    The question doesnot contain enough information to support.

    Would you please tell us the details like what is the processor you use, any TI software packages used? What matrix you are talking about etc.

    I am using DSK6713 TI processor.I am using CCS6.1.1 .

    My question is that when we are breaking the image into pixels we are getting those pixels are having some real values and those values are substracted by 128 (if our range is 256) and then we perform the DCT operation on that values and so on.

    Here, in this scenario I am taking my input image from a header file Scenary.h which I will provide you
    below. On that file some coefficients are present which are nothing but the pixels of the image.

    Can you tell me how the coefficients are generated or how image is converted into this coefficients value?
