DDR3A_REMAP_EN pin at boot time is ‘0’.
So I think, now in ARM View: can use 2G DDRB(8000 0000 ~ FFFF FFFF), and 6000 0000 ~ 7FFF FFFF is mapped to 8000 0000 ~ 9FFF FFFF.
If this is right, When I write a data to addr 0x8000 0000 , the data of addr 0x6000 0000 will be same with addr 0x8000 0000.
Actual,it was not . I have tested many times, when I wrote a data to addr 0x8000 0000, the data of addr 0xc000 0000 would be changed to what I wrote to addr 0x8000 0000.It seems 0xC000 0000 ~ 0xFFFF FFFF is mapped to 0x8000 0000 ~ 0xBFFF FFFF.
It seems to be in turn:in ARM View: can use 1.5G DDRB( BFFF FFFF ~ 6000 0000), and FFFF FFFF ~ C000 0000 is mapped to BFFF FFFF ~ 8000 0000.
And another queston:
addr1:0x6000 0000
addr2:0x7000 0000
addr3:0x9000 0000
addr3:0xa000 0000
In linux ,
memcpy(addr1,addr2,size);-->cost total times: t1
memcpy(addr1,addr3,size);-->cost total times: t2
memcpy(addr3,addr1,size);-->cost total times: t3
memcpy(addr3,addr4,size);-->cost total times: t4
The result is t1>(t2,t3)>t4, t2 is approximately equal to t3.When I increase the cpy size , t1 is bigger than t4.
If addr1~addr4 are in the same DDRB, Why so much differences.
