[K2G, ProcSDK Linux] PTP control for audio clock ?

Hi Naoki,

The CS2000-CZZ was included as part of the EVM design for experimentation of a specific use case involving a recovered clock. That use case was never attempted or tested and the CS2000-CZZ is not programmed by any released software. The McASP interface is not configured to use the AHCLKR input. Only the ACLKR and ACLKX signals are used. The CS2000 can be eliminated from customer designs.

Hello Kawada-san,

CS2000 was originally intended as a low-jitter, AVTP clock recovery circuit involved in a AVB listener system implementation. The details of this design are of proprietary nature and unfortunately cannot be disclosed right now.

As Bill mentioned earlier, the design is yet to be tested, even and can be eliminated from customer designs.
