AM572x boot issue

I'm trying to boot Linux in DDR with initfs on my customboard, based on SItara AM5728.
I,ve build busybox and create root file system as it described here. Kernel was configured as it describes here
Firstly, it gives me following error:

Then I've add a symbolic link "/init" in the rootfs directory on sbin/int . And now, when I'm trying to boot my kernell, new error appears:

What am I doing wrong?
