EMAC packet sniffing of PA example for K2E

Hi i am working on the PA emac example and want to know that if it is possible to sniff the packets using wireshark that are being send onto the wire in the example.

using following configs

cross network cable to link pc and K2e

k2e

pdk 4.0.3

ARM

PA_emacExample_K2EArmBiosExampleProject

Hi Hannan,

It is possible to use Wireshark to sniff packets ethernet between K2E board and PC. I suggest you to install the Wireshark on the PC.

Hi,

In the test application, there is a global variable cpswLpbkMode, you need to change this from loopback to CPSW_LOOPBACK_NONE. Then it should send the packets out (defined by pktMatch[]) and you can capture them by Wireshark.
