power up sequence for XEVMK2LX development kit

hi TI professors,

     When I use the TI XEVMK2LX development kit ,I find the schematic is different from Hardware Design Guide for Keystone II Devices for power up sequence.

Please help me. In addition,I want to know the different about XEVMK2LX and TCIEVMK2LX.
