AM335x reflow soldering three times

Hi Support,

my customer need to solder a board mounting AM3352 for three times.

Peak temperature during soldering refusion process is 240°C, and the board remain above 221°C for 1 miunute during each process.

I have also available temperature curves, if needed.

Is it something feasible with AM3352 or do they risk to damage Sitara processor?

thanks for your feedback.
Unfortunately Quality Documents are not reporting how many reflow processes can be applied to processor. They are only reporting that Level3 - 260C is supported. How can I find the maximum number of processes customer can apply to AM335x?

Our quality team provided the following reply.

TI performs moisture preconditioning to the JEDEC (JSTD-020) standard which classifies the package using 3 passes of reflow to simulate the board mount and possible rework steps.
