Hi,
I have one question MMC/SD card support by SPI interface on AM3354.
My customer request to support three SD card slot on AM3354 board. Two of three SD card support is no problem for AM3354. But remaining one slot is difficult with AM3354.
According to the slaa281(Interfacing the MSP430 with MMC/SD Flash memory Cards), MSP430 supports SD card by using USART module in SPI mode. The connection is the below.
Can AM3354 use same way for SD card? I think that McSPI module of AM3354 is not same as USART module of MSP430. But both modules support SPI interface, so this solution can use with AM3354, I think. Is my understanding right?
Also If this solution can be used for AM3354, can this SD slot be used for SD boot?
Please advise me.
