I have created the usecase as: capture -> VPE -> Display

To resize the captured image which parameters should be passed or changes are needed to do .How to use that VPE link to resize (down scale) the captured image ? How to set the scaling Factor?

Hi Megha,

The VPE scaling factors and others are configured as part of setAppParamters in the usecase.
Request you to refer function chains_lvdsVipSurroundViewStandalone_SetVpePrm () in file \examples\tda2xx\src\usecases\lvds_vip_sv_standalone\chains_lvdsVipSurroundViewStandalone.c

chPrms->outParams[outId].width = OutWidth;
chPrms->outParams[outId].height = OutHeight;
"
represents the scaled output width & height.

Please note that in this usecase, we are doing it for 4 channels. You will have to limit it to 1 channel.

I have made the above changes in the usecase .

I'm not getting any error or assert but there is some issue with display because nothing is displayed .

I'm getting the prints of capture ,VPE and display create functions .

which changes do I need to display the resized image? how do I proceed ?

Hi Megha,

Can you please share print statistics from the UART console?
You could get the print statistics by pressing 'p' on the console.
These stats will tell us if the capture/VPE/Display are running or not, and if they are running, at what rate are they running?
