AFAIK they are single core implementations. If you wish to apply more processing power, you have to plan sort of multicore application.

The implementation in DSPLIB is a single core implementation .

For multi-core implementations, you can either use OpenMP or OpenCL that is part of the Processor SDK RTOS for this device.

There is a mult-core FFT example implementation already available as part of the OpenCL package as you can see from here:
