I can easily use the HTTP Client example for DHCP network, but when I use the Static IP configuration, I always get the timeout error.
I add the following settings in config file for static IP setting.

Ip.autoIp = false;
Ip.address = "172.19.23.142";

Ip.mask = "255.255.255.128";
I can view the packets coming from the Tiva kit using wireshack, but no response is generated from the local server. Also, second packet onward are all highlighted in BLACK.
I am using IAR 7.4 Tiva Kit.
Tiva 1294Xl Kit.
