Dear Experts
My customer purchase this part (KGD wafer) for the MCM package product.
Now they are evaluating if their product can work well lower than zero Celsius degree.
To check datasheet of C6746, there are three different temperature ranges in device operation section for difference application grade.
Please help me to check what they purchased (part number “TMS320C6746YS”) can achieve Industrial grade or not (-40C to 90C).
