The AM335x ZCE package (0.65mm pitch) use the Via Channel technology to lower the layer count.
However, many fabs have a requirement for PTH-PTH clearance of 0.5mm.
With this clearance, the amount of vias that can be placed in a channel is pretty limited.
So do people just ignore this clearance, or?
