Hi,
I have one question regarding AM4378 EMIF controller.
As you know, AM4378 EMIF controller has two Chip select signals (DDR_CSn0, DDR_CSn1). And in other hand, dual die SDRAM (ex. MT41K1G16 ) also has two chip select (CS0#, CS1#) .
However, I can't find the DDR3 interface diagram with two CSs of DDR3. Only DDR2 interface diagram ( Figure 5-80 on datasheet) can be found. Dual die DDR3 is OK for AM4378?
Please advise me.
