Starterware/AM4379: An example called tcpecho in StarterWare has errors in compiling

Hello!

My IDE:

• Code Composer Studio [2] version CCS 6.1.0.00104
• SYS/BIOS 6.41.4.54 Real Time Operating System
• XDC Tool 3.31.2.28_core
• NDK 2.24.2.31
• Compiler GNU v4.8.4 (Linaro)

All are recommended by the guide, and when I rebuild any other example it always works well.

So, it is strange that when I rebuild tcpecho errors come out.

Related projects have been imported and config is all right. Error info is as follow:

I will appreciate it if someone will tell me how to solve it.

Please try to change SOCCtrlGetCpswPortMacAddr to SOCCtrlGetPortMacAddr in lwip_cpsw.c and see if the error goes away. I suspect that the API call is slightly different in the library. If this resolves the error, I will file a bug report with the development team. Thanks.

This bug in the code needs to be fixed. I will take it up with the development team to address.
