I believe they all do! The McASP peripheral supports I2S.

Aha! Thanks Brad. I completely missed that in the product matrix on the website. There's no mention of either McASP or I2S.

The AM1x, AM335x, AM437x and AM57xx all have McASP.

What kind of ARM are you interested in? The Cortex-A processors support too many I/O to build in a non-BGA package. The Cortex-M processors could run TI-RTOS and a few of them include I2S support as well.
