OMAP 3530 De-Interlacing

Hi,

I need to do de-interlacing of s-video input.

Latest Linux DVSDK  is supporting the de-interlacing but the WinCE DVSDK is not having that option.

Is there any way to implement de-interlacing in WinCE?
