Hi Community,

We are working on VAYU evm booting Linux with SD Card prebuilt binaries.

Our boot configurations are:

Sysboot [ 0 - 15 ] 11100000 10000001
SW5 [ 1 – 10 ] 0001100000

We are using SAMSUNG LA32D55 HDMI Monitor. And it is connected to the board throughout the booting process. We are not getting anything on the HDMI Display.

Kindly let me know the changes to be done for HDMI.

Hi Ms. Deepika

I guess you haven't changed the boot settings or jumpers that we has shared.??? The same board was working for HDMI

Also please take care of the ESD and physical connections being good enough too....

Hi Feroz,

We have now used the same configuration as it was shipped with us. Still we are getting the same issue.

Sysboot [0 -15 ] = 01100000 10000001

Userconfig [0 - 10 ] = 0010100000

But one thing is my doubt:

I am getting the below error in bootlogs:

1.529624] omapdss_dss 58000000.dss: bound 58040000.encoder (ops hdmi5_component_ops)
1.539593] connector-hdmi connector@1: failed to find video source

HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI connector properly.
