Refer to Chapter 14 Ethernet Subsystem in the Technical Reference Manual:

It contains the functional description & memory mapped registers for the CPSW.

For Electrical characteristics & timings, refer to the Data Manual:

I could find the driver code in drivers/net/ti/  I can find many  .c  files and  .h  Kindly let me know the exact driver file that I have to use on my board !and what are the other files how to test my Ethernet driver link!

Hi Deepak,

It's not just one .c file. If you build your kernel, you'll see which files are built in the linux kernel image; they have .o extension those are the sources used for ethernet. For am335x boards they are:
cpsw.c
cpsw_ale.c
cpsw-common.c
cpsw-phy-sel.c
cpts.c
davinci_cpdma.c

I could find all these files that is mentioned!

As i am a new bie not sure with which file to start with! 

Each driver has something like

1)cpsw.c  ethernet switch driver

2)davinci_cpdma.c  CPDMA Driver

3)davinci emac.c Ethernet Medium Access Controller

Not sure which to use and analyse FOR MY BEAGLE  BONE AM335X!
