AM5718: OSC0 buffer electrical characteristics

We are checking whether clkin meet the 5ns rising time in datasheet, but did not find the rising time definition, only found RTC_OSC_XI_CLKIN32 and RTC_OSC_XO electrical characteristics as below snapshot in datasheet, how about that of XI_OSC0 and X0_SOSC0?

The OSC0 input clock characteristics are described in section 6.1.2.2 from the AM571x Datasheet SR2.0 Rev. B. These are LVCMOS analog cells, so the input clock parameters must comply with Table 6-4.

I want the VIH and VIL value of OSC0 just as table 5-14, not pulse duration, jitter...

Like I said, these are ANALOG buffers, so there are no such levels defined.

But customer asked me how to measure the Rise time/Fall time (MAX = 5ns)? Is it from 0.2*1.8V to 0.8V* 1.8V, or else?

The output clock from the external oscillator should be 1.8V LVCMOS compatible. JEDEC standard defines 1.8V output levels to be VOH > 1.45V and VOL < 0.45V.

They should measure rise and fall times between VOH and VOL. These are external clock requirements, not input pin requirements.
