Hello,

I am using AM3359 ICE 2.1 EVM to test Powerlink Slave with B&R PLC. The 3rd party company Port has provided the demo application, but the PowerLInk Device Description(XDD) file is missing from TI SYSBIOS SDK.

The XDD file existed for a long time in various versions of SYSBIOS SDK, but it was removed from the latest version.

Does any one still have the XDD file for the PowerLink Slave Demo application?

Hi Vikram,

I am using the latest SDK : am335x_sysbios_ind_sdk_01.01.03.03

As I checked, the older version of SDK still has the PowerLink_Slave Example and the XDD file.

Hi, I believe Port Powerlink demo was based on Industrial SDK 1.1.0.4. You can download this ISDK 1.1.0.4 version from here.

In any case, I don't see any XDD file on ISDK 1.1.0.4, but I see 00000034_ICE_port_epl_am335x.xdd file inside Powerlink port project (<port_powelink_install>\epl_openmac\cn1\design\).

Thanks for the link, but I also could not find the powerlink Demo in this SDK.

Maybe it is based on the 01.00.00.04? As I checked on the wiki page, there is powerlink demo and xdd file in this SDK.

Hi Fan, If you are using Port's Powerlink demo then the correct ISDK is 1.1.0.4. But you are right TI's ISDK 1.0.x use to have a powerlink demo, which was later removed.

Please check with Port why you don't have XDD in your project. In the meantime attached
