Which NAND Flash and DDR2 memory to choose?

Hello Experts, I am in planing of an absolutly minimalistic microserver using the OMAP L138 with one SATA Drive and Network plus USB-OTG. Thats all. However, the OS (EmDebian) should be on a NAND Flash and I neeed a huge amount of DDR2 memory and In the datasheet I see, I can use up to 512MByte DDR2 Memory OK, I have following availabel: Micron MT29F4G08AAA (NAND, 4Gbit, 512M x 8) Micron MT47H128M16 (DDR2, 16M x 16 x 8 banks) Can I use it for the L138? Thanks in Advance Michelle
