Linux: AM5728 H.264 encode/decoder

The H.264 encode/decoder are gstreamer pipelines. In the wiki page you could find the pipelines and how to execute them.

There is also drm demos encode/decode which you could find here:
git.ti.com/.../master

I am not sure that I understand this question.

The ducatih274enc element can encode in NV12 so the output of this element will be NV12.

For CSC you could try to use VPE element or videoconvert.
