TMS320C5515: NOT BGA C5515

Hi,

I'd like to know if there exists a C5515 (or a chipset in the family C55xx or C50xx) with no BGA (normal pin) connectors

All of the newer c55x devices like C5505/15/35/45 and 5517 aare all in BGA package only.
C5502 which is one of our older c55x device is available in LQFP

Do note that there is no new software/ support for latest CCS etc and no new development planned for c5502 at this point.

What is your end application, performance,power, cost, features requirements?
