Hi,
I am using DM6437 EVM board,
In that I need to access the NOR flash and write data into NOR devices and boot from the NOR flash.
But I can able to write data into NOR flash with NOR writer Utility, but I dont know whether its executing or not from NOR?
I have tried another way to write and execute from NOR with Flash burner utility --
With flash burner utility , I have downloaded LED Blinking application (BlinkEVMDM6437.pjt, which is located in flash_burn_pk directory), in the NOR flash and after that its executing from NOR flash.(Confirmed with LED blinking).
with Same LED application, I have created AIS binary (Boot mode = EMIF) and loaded from NOR writer utility, I can able to write data into NOR, but the program is not executing(LED's are not blinking).
Is there is any sample NOR flash Application (In the AIS binary format),which is executing from NOR?
-- Like NAND Secondary boot (Through EEPROM), is thr is any sample bootloader for NOR flash?
