H.264 Encoder for DM648 Dynamic H.264 Extended Params have no effect on the output stream

Dear Support,

We are using evaluation H264 encoder version (build) 1.14.002. It comes with the latest DM648 DVSDK version (1.11.00.00).

In the encoder version we use (1.14.002), the maxMBsPerSlice and maxBytesPerSlice params have no effect on the output stream. How can this be fixed?

We tried maxBytesPerSlice = 1300, but we get slices much larger then that.

We use encodingPreset = XDM_USER_DEFINED;

Please advice.
