base on the file , I assume that the cpu of my custom board is running at 300MHz

How can I do to make it run at 600MHz

Hi Vic,

No, there is no user access to these resources in MLO or U-boot.
You should modify the sources & rebuild in order to change the cpu frequency. Your other option is to use md & mm commands to set the corresponding PRCM & MPU registers from u-boot prompt.
