Can H.264 encoder Jpeg Encoder and DEI run concurrently can all the resource requirements be met?

I have copie DEI algorithm form IPNC RDK DEI version 2.0 H264 version 2.20 and JPEG Sequential Encoder Version 01.00.00

I have tried this but the application blocks.

DEI and h264 together are blocking

I am facing same problem as aGuang
