is it possible to design a DVR consist of two cvbs camera, SATA hard disk and h.624 codec using AM3358 processor?

AM335x is not the best choice for camera applications.

Have a look at AM437x devices:

Yes AM4372 has dual BT656 interface, but it does not support H.624 codec, any suggestion?
