AM5728: How to change the OPP

Hello,

Is OPP on AM5728 changed automatically by setting the clock frequency?
Or, is OPP changed by register setting?
I want to know how to change the OPP on AM5728.

Hi Namoto,

If you're changing the cpu frequency through the sysfs, as
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Sitara_Linux_Training:_Power_Management

Then yes, kernel takes care of the corresponding register settings & changes the OPP automatically.
Available frequencies match the opps defined in kernel (arch/arm/boot/dts/am33xx.dtsi).
